Regarding the company’s warranty and guarantee policy, it is important to note that all warranties requested by the client are transferred back-to-back to the original manufacturer. However, in cases where issuing such a warranty is not possible—due to certain constraints or incompatibility between the client’s requirements and the manufacturer’s terms—Makin Tejarat acts as a Gap Filler, independently covering the goods and equipment under its own dedicated warranty framework.

Furthermore, in line with enhancing its technical and engineering capabilities in the services sector, Makin Company has signed two strategic contracts titled “Cooperation and Joint Bidding/Consortia Bidding Framework Agreement” with Pishgam Middle East Diamond Company and Sanat Gostar Bavi Engineering Company. We will introduce these companies below:

Pishgam Almas Khavarmiyaneh Company

The strategic partner of Makin Company in the following domains:

  • Manpower supply (engineering and execution), including perforation services, well completion and commissioning, and completion string stress analysis.
  • Selection of wellhead equipment and assemblies, and related services including the procurement of drilling operation equipment and installation of various wellhead components.
  • Services for wells equipped with Electric Submersible Pumps (ESP), including supply from the Russian company RUNACO as its official representative, and operation of the complete system.
  • Supply of drilling fluids and cement additives.

 

Key projects of this company include:

  • Provision of supervisors for well completion in South Pars Phases 13, 22, and 24 (Client: Petro Gohar Farasahel Kish).
  • Provision of supervisors for assembly, disassembly, and repair of the Christmas tree in South Pars Phase 13 (Client: Petropars).
  • Supply of wellheads and Christmas trees (WH & Xmas tree) for the Yalda oil field and South Pars (Client: International Drilling Company).

Founded in 2005 by a team of seasoned marine engineers, our company is proud to serve as a strategic partner of Makin Tejarat, delivering specialized solutions across a wide range of offshore and onshore operations.

Our Core Expertise
